John is a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Reserve with overseas tours in Afghanistan and the Balkans. Phil is a veteran of the US Navy where he served for eight years in Navy Intelligence. They are members of the Tinley Park VFW and the Tinley Park American Legion.
