Beloved husband to his late wife of 59 years, Wanda Thurbush.

Devoted and Loving Father to Debra Thurbush White, Diana Thurbush Manock, Kimberly Thurbush, and Mark Thurbush.

Loving Father in Law to Jeffrey White and Claire Thurbush.

Cherished and Devoted Grandfather to Daniel Manock, Nora Thurbush, Molly White, Reid Thurbush , Blaine Thurbush and Samuel Manock who calls grandpa a best friend.

Devoted and Loving brother to (late) Marie Birmingham, (late) Buddy Thurbush, Bobby Thurbush, Sue Tate, James Thurbush, and Jerry Thurbush

Dear uncle to many nieces and nephews across many states.  A dear cousin to many and a wonderful and caring friend to many new and life long friends.  A very special "adopted" father figure to many people who needed a dad in their lives.  

Visitation will be on Friday, October 4, 2019 from 3-9 pm at Maher Funeral Home 17101 S. 71st Ave Tinley Park ( 1 block east of Harlem on 171st St located in the Olde Tinley Library). 

Prayer Service at 7:00 pm.

Chapel Prayers Saturday Morning October 5, 2019 at 10:30am followed by Interment will  at Mt. Auburn Cemetery, 4101 S. Oak Park Avenue, Stickney, IL 60402
