Veteran U.S. Air Force 1959-1965.

Beloved husband of the late Theresa Boot (nee Maher).

Loving father of Mary (Timothy) Powers, Patricia (Patrick) Horkan, Gloria (Edward) Doudican and the late John (Michele) Winnie.

Cherished grandfather of Becki, Ashley, Brian, Elizabeth, John, Connor, Nick, Colin, Crystal and great grandfather of Caine, Xaviar, Jacob, Cruz, Weston, Edin and Colton.

Visitation Friday August 30th from 3:00-8:00pm. Funeral Service and Full Military Honors Saturday 11:00am at the Maher Funeral Home 17101 S. 71st Ave Tinley Park (1 block east of Harlem on 171st St located in the Olde Tinley Library). Interment private.
