Carol D. Camerino (nee Stender) 60, of Tinley Park, passed away suddenly at home in her sleep on October 9th, of complications from breast cancer. She refused to let her cancer diagnosis define her through her struggles with chemotherapy. She was at home at peace with her immediate family until God took her home. She is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Gregory, cherished children Nicholas, Holly (Yuri) Zaderiy, Dominic, and Grace, her brother Paul (Irma) Stender, sister Joanne (Timothy) Powell, sister Kathryn (Albert) Cada, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins and beloved pooch, Patch. Preceded in death by her parents, John and Judith Stender, and nephew Cody Peyton. Carol was an avid crafter; she loved new projects and she was quite talented in this, taking after her mother. She always loved a good sunset and would often pause to take a picture or just take in the beauty of it. She loved family vacations; especially the ones that include Disney. Most of all, she had an extremely funny sense of humor; Carol was one of a kind and will be missed by all.
