Obituary

Mrs. Darlene Brennan, age 90, at home with her family at her bedside. Late of Tinley Park, after an illness. Beloved daughter of the late Frank and Ella Eggimann. Cherished wife of the late Howard T. Brennan. Devoted Mother of Michael (Elizabeth), Mark (Renee), Jonathon (Anita), Theresa (Gary) Koleczek, Stephen (Paul), Kevin (Teresa), and Adam (Jonelle) Brennan. 

Loving Sister to the late Ronald "Bud" Eggimann. 

Dearest Grandmother to Jason, Timothy, Tamira, Kathleen, Russell, Thomas, Meagan, Robert, Brianne Koleczek, Kenneth, Abigail, Matthew, Grace Koleczek, Andrew, Tracy, Molly Koleczek, Max, Ian, Margaret Kathleen, Patrick, Jason Koleczek, Jasmin Koleczek, Dylan, Kyle, and Jaxon Brennan. 

Dearest Great-Grandmother to 28 and Fond Aunt to many nieces and nephews. 

Darlene was talented in music being an exceptional pianist and an accomplished singer. An Executive Secretary for Roadway Express, she loved to yodel, sing, read, and play the piano.

Visitation from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, December 3, 2021, at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois 60477, Tel: (708) 781-9212. 

Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, December 4, 2021, at St. George Church, 6707 175th St, Tinley Park, Illinois 60477, with procession to Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 19500 S Cottage Grove Ave, Glenwood, Illinois 60425. Pastor Paul Seaman, officiating.
