Edward was a longtime director of operations at the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. He was extremely well-read, and enjoyed a myriad of interests including photography, SCUBA diving, motorcycling riding with his adored wife Cheryl, gardening and smoking fine cigars. He had a love of sunsets as evidenced by his many photographs, however, his love for his grandchildren brought him the most pleasure in life. He adored them all and considered them to be his highest priority.
