Obituary

Gina L. O'Connell, 45, passed away Friday, January 13th, surrounded by her loving family.  Beloved daughter of her late parents, Anthony and Mary Elaine (nee Gates) Coglianese.  Cherished wife of Christopher O'Connell.  Devoted mother of; Madilyn, Cassidy and Teagan.  Loving sister of Candace Coglianese.  Fond aunt of Jaxon O'Connell.  Gina had many interests, but her highest priority was loving her children and family.  She was very active in her children's school activities, and "knew every mom in school and on the block."  Nobody was a stranger, and she was never without a beautiful smile.  She will be remembered as a loving, strong woman who was always active and willing to help during an activity or a charitable cause.  She had a true love for nature, and frequently loved to hike the area forest preserve trails with her dog Paisley.  Visitation Saturday, January 21st 3-8pm with a chapel funeral service at 4:00pm, Pastor Jamie Deuser, officiating.  Interment private.  Memorials in Gina's name to the Y.S.C. Young Survivor's Coalition appreciated.
