Larry M. Dorsey, Vietnam Veteran and Bronze Star Recipient. Age 76. Of New Lenox, IL formerly of Worth, IL. Passed away October 23, 2023, at his home surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 37 yrs. to Mary M. nee Nelson. Loving father of Dana (Walter) Bruckner. Proud grampy of Peyton and Preston. Dear brother of Martha (Charles) Schmith, Jerry Dorsey and the late Rebecca Savage (Michael Malkov). Fond uncle of many nieces and nephews. Larry was an amazing man. He never met a stranger; he always opened his heart and his home to anyone he met. Visitation Thursday, October 26, 2023, from 2:00 pm until time of Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 PM at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 71st Ave, Tinley Park, IL 60477. Interment will be at a later date.
