Margaret “Marge” A. Allas (Borner), 80, of Oak Forest, IL passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on February 28, 2022.

Loving wife of 39 years to the late John R. Allas. 

Beloved daughter of the late Charles and Eleanor Borner.

Devoted Mother of Elizabeth Allas (Michael Zawadzki), Daniel Allas, and Stepmother to John Billich and Michael (Cyndi) Allas.

Loving sister of late Charles (Marge) Borner, late Dolores (late Thomas) Hayes, Mildred (late James) Voorhees, late Robert (late Susan) Borner, Nancy Bylut, late John (Rita) Borner, William Borner, Edward (Marcia) Borner, Diane Ward, Barbara Duke (Borner), Karen (Frank) Bertucci, 

Loving Grandma of Samantha Allas (Jake Galbavy) and RhiAnna Dunn.

Devoted Neemaw of Talan and Hayden Galbavy.

Dearest Aunt, Cousin, Friend, and loving “Madre” to many.

Marge was a retired employee of Nabisco where she worked for 34 years. A huge fan of Elvis, she enjoyed going to the campground, shopping, going to craft shows, and hardly ever missed an episode of Wheel of Fortune. She enjoyed being around family and friends, she touched many hearts and will be forever missed by all who loved her. Visitation Tuesday March 8,2022 from 2pm-9pm at Maher Funeral Home, 17101 S. 71st Avenue, Tinley Park, Illinois. Prayer service at 7pm. Interment private.
