Andy you were a great Uncle to my kids and always made them laugh. We will miss having you with us but we know that this is how it must be. Thank you for sharing your light with us while you were here together on this planet. FYI you would have been proud of your family and how they came together to honor your life. I could not add any words to the fine send off Ian and Chis and Lyndsey provided for you. Our mom was touched and so sad to have lost another child to this world.
My words can never capture the hole you are leaving in our lives. I will miss you always Coast Guardian!

I am very sorry for you both, to lose your Dad at this time in your lives.
I remember your Dad as little kid visiting mama Mary and Papa.
We didn't have to visit them, we were lucky to have them as part of our daily lives.
I remember your Dad visiting in a suit and always carefully groomed hair. We used to make fun of him, as we were the wild kids who played endlessly and shied away from visitors.
Admittedly our families missed many times in each other's lives, but that is product of busy lives, and large families.
A few years ago at his encouragement I went to the Glenwood Art Festival and toured the studio, enjoyed the music, got the artist's view of his metal work installations and overall enjoyed the opportunity to engage in his adult life and appreciate our family connection.
I hope to continue that connection with each of you.

Thank you for your memory of Andy, Marge. Having lost Linda and Andy so close together has been a trial. Our branch of the De La Rosa family was only three and that makes my heart heavy with sorrow knowing the only smiles I will see from them are smiles I can find in my memories of them. Thanks for the note and thank your whole family for their support.
